Job Description
Elevate the art of hospitality as a Guest Relations Intern, where your interpersonal prowess weaves together the seamless tapestry of a welcoming environment.

and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
As a Guest Relations Intern, you will support the Guest Relations team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality throughout the guest journey.
Main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in welcoming guests and providing personalized service throughout their stay.
- Supporting the management of guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assisting in the coordination of VIP arrivals, amenities, and special occasions.
- Monitoring guest feedback and supporting service recovery actions when required.
- Collaborating with operational departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Supporting pre-arrival and post-stay communications with guests.
- Assisting in maintaining guest profiles and updating relevant information in hotel systems.
- Participating in daily operations and shadowing Guest Relations team members to gain hands-on hospitality experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment is considered a plus.
* Master's degree or equivalent in Hospitality is considered a plus.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
