We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automated Solutions Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate product manager with experience in the marketing field, or a marketing professional that wants to have one step closer to product and the operations.
Purpose of the Role
As Product Marketing Manager – Automated Solutions, you will be responsible for the global product marketing of Loomis' Automated Solutions portfolio. You will work closely with Product Management, Country Marketing teams, General Managers and Sales to ensure our products are positioned consistently and effectively across markets.
You will translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, manage the product brands, develop sales enablement materials and support the successful commercialization of our solutions worldwide. While local commercial strategies are defined by each market, you will help ensure they are supported by strong, consistent product marketing and brand execution.
Responsibilities
Your daily basis will be mostly but not exclusively focused on:
Go-to-Market Support
- Translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
- Support new product launches and product updates.
- Partner with local marketing teams to adapt global materials to local market needs.
- Coordinate activities with the local marketing teams
Brand Management
- Act as the global brand guardian for the Automated Solutions portfolio.
- Ensure consistent brand application, messaging and visual identity across all markets.
- Google and SoMe ads management
- Fairs and events support
Sales Enablement
- Create presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, digital assets and sales tools.
- Equip commercial teams with materials that improve customer conversations.
Skills, competencies and experiences
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, not necessarily as a manager.
- 2 years managing agencies in a daily basis relationship
- Native speaking Italian
- Fluent in written and spoken French (minimum B2, language test will be performed)
- Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum C1, language test will be performed)
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, or automotive, it’s highly appreciated
This is an hybrid role, that can be based either in Île-de-France in France, or in Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
