Job Summary:
For WSE Italy - which manages company-owned centers and provides services and support to sub-franchisees for a total of about 70 centers.
The IT Support specialist will be responsible for the Help Desk to the company users, managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and assets, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a good background in Microsoft technologies, Apple devices, networking, virtualization (VMware),
and Office 365. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- IT Infrastructure support: Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Microsoft Technologies: Administer and support Windows Clients and Server environments, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Virtualization (VMware): Manage and maintain virtualized environments using VMware, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation.
- Office 365: Administer Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Security: Maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT ass
