The Pricing Entry Analyst will assist in implementing pricing strategies. This role includes collecting data, supporting the pricing team with research, and helping to maintain pricing databases. It also includes transfer price management, which sets the prices for transactions between sister companies within Xylem and is crucial for multinational compliance with international and local regulations. The role is critical to ensure customer satisfaction and quick on-field problem solving. Enter pricing information into company systems accurately and efficiently Update and maintain pricing databases Generate and analyze pricing reports for management and sales teams Make recommendations for pricing strategies based on data analysis Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss pricing and market trends Communicate with the sales team to ensure pricing alignment with contracts and agreements Cross-boundary collaboration Point of contact for Xylem Sales Companies Customer focus and result orientation Prioritization and planning Experience in Data Analysis Good knowledge of MS Office Suite Fluent in English and Italian Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Engineering An experience in the Front-End or Customer Service area is a plus Experience in dealing with complex organization and processes (ability to work across boundaries) is a plus A second European language is a plus Contract Permanent - Tempo pieno Benefits : company canteen and company bonus Join the global Xylem team to be part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
