ppDescriptionPosition at Hult International Business SchoolThe roleAs an Enrollment Advisor you will be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked bachelor's degrees. /p pYou will be the main point of contact for students who have applied to Hult Undergraduate and therefore require a strong relationship building and consultative approach. /p pYou will be responsible for maintaining and driving engagement with all stakeholders, students, parents and counselors alike. /p pYou will be required to travel within your region to attend fairs, school visits and counselor engagements. /p pThe role will be based in our Milan office and will report directly to our Director of Enrollment /p pKey Responsibilities and Duties:-Business Development Actively promote our bachelor's programs to selected schools and counselors. /p pDevelop new and nurture existing relationships with high schools in your region with a particular emphasis on building relationships with school counselors.Travel extensively across the region to attend fairs and school visits and to host and facilitate workshops and webinars. /p pDomestic and/or international travel will be required between 30-40% of the year. /p pOrganize and host counselor events locally and on campuses where required. /p pWork with the Director of Enrollment to plan go to market strategies, adapting plans where needed depending on market response -Sales and Pipeline Management Generate enrollment growth year on year, focusing pipeline conversion and retention rates.Identify candidate fit for the program by understanding student profile and goals. /p pProvide guidance on financial requirements,



supporting with merit and needs-based scholarship applications where necessary. /p pManage retention effectively, hosting in-person and virtual events, supporting with visa and accommodation needs and connecting student communities together. /p p-Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with all additional stakeholders required in the enrollment journey (parents, counselors and agents) through phone, email, video and in-person interactions. /p pConnect students and families to necessary internal parties to help with conversion- current students, alumni, faculty and campus staff.-Team Collaboration Support:Effectively collaborate with peers in region and across the globe within Enrollment and across support functions (Visas and Finance). /p pConduct Personal Assessment Interviews where required to support the wider team. /p pSupport team members with their pipelines and processes during vacations or peak periods. /p pQualifications and Skills required: Bachelor's degree.High level English and Italian proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly,
