Senior Product Manager – Credit

- Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase
- Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit, ensuring complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into Satispay
- Act as a strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud to align priorities around a shared product vision
- Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection
- Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities
- Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery
- Take full ownership of the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain

Requirements

- 5+ years as a Product Manager, including at least 3 years specifically within the Credit domain
- Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases
- Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management,



and overall financial mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance)
- Professional fluency in English
