Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Finance Manager, Shared Service Accounting, to oversee Italy, Spain and Portugal ledgers and strengthen the accounting and reporting framework. This on-site role is based in Buccinasco, Milan.

You will lead the accounting team, ensure compliance with local regulations and policies, manage the close process, postings, VAT, and reconcile GAAP reporting to US GAAP, acting as a business partner to local leaders.
