A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. /ph3What you will do /h3pThe Supplier Risk Management Engineer will lead the worldwide supplier risk management and integrate risk management into the management processes of the organization and ensure uniform and smooth processes. SRME will analyze, evaluate and monitor the supplier's portfolio in an international context to proactively minimize and making sure our risk exposure remains minimal. /ph3Activities and Areas of Responsibility /h3ulliCheck the supplier’s Financial, Economic, Quality and logistic Risks. /liliReported supplier risk and feedback on reporting strategy /liliSupport in defining the mitigation action together with shareholders. /liliCheck the supplier’s performance indicators, to facilitate and ensure the supply base’s ability to consistently meet or exceed defined target.



/liliTo prepare and improve regulations and procedures in order to ensure that risk analysis and evaluation are carried out within the corporate strategy and policies and to prepare and implement mitigation plan. /liliPerform regular follow-up on mitigation topics related to risks. /liliDevelop and maintain strong and positive relationships with Suppliers and work closely with Procurement to manage, implement improvements, capacity studies and future bottlenecks. /liliAssist with (new/current) product launches by working with (current/new) suppliers to ensure that key milestones are in risk or not. /li /ulh3What you need to succeed /h3h3REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES /h3ulliBachelor’s, master’s degree business, engineering, finance, or a comparable field. /liliExperience in supplier management and/or supplier development and have already gained management experience in a global role. /liliCommon MS Office applications knowledge ISO certification, IATF 16949 preferred Experience with supplier evaluations and auditing. /liliProficiency in data analysis, presentation, and database tools, Ability to compile data and analyzes data results-based performance KPI's. /liliGood communication skills and ability to work in a multi-discipline and international environment. /liliNegotiation Skills/tactful approach Fluent business English /li /ulh3Employment Type: /h3pFixed - term Contract; Full-Time National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL):
