You’ll have autonomy from day one - freedom and responsibility, no micromanagement.br/We work smart, not long: healthy work-life balance matters.br/Learning is continuous and practical: curiosity and experimentation are part of the job. /p h3{What you’ll do} /h3 pDevelop and maintain coherent visual identities across projects and brands /p pLead storytelling and storyboard development for campaigns and content /p pProvide creative direction on photo shoots and digital productions /p pBuild mood boards, creative briefs and style guides /p pBring an aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury codes: composition, light, colour, styling /p pIntegrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow, from concept to final output /p pCollaborate with creative, marketing and client teams to deliver on tight briefs without compromising quality /p h3{Who you are} /h3 pProven experience in art direction, ideally in luxury, fashion or beauty /p pStrong aesthetic sensibility and mastery of composition, light,
