The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. /ppWe are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Digital Transformation Office and help turn data into scalable business impact. The Data Scientist designs and deploys machine learning and advanced analytics solutions that create measurable business impact. In this role, you will work across business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions, improve decision-making, and support key transformation initiatives. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ullipDesign, develop, and optimize machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for business use cases /p /lilipExplore, clean, and structure data from multiple sources, including CRM, internal pipelines, and cloud platforms /p /lilipBuild, validate, and monitor predictive models and analytical workflows /p /lilipTranslate business needs into data science approaches, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes /p /lilipCollaborate with data engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to industrialize solutions /p /lilipCommunicate insights and model outputs through clear visualizations, presentations, and recommendations /p /lilipSupport deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement of models and pipelines /p /lilipContribute to the adoption of data science best practices across the organization /p /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ullip1 to 3 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics,



or similar roles /p /lilipStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQL /p /lilipExperience with machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, or anomaly detection /p /lilipFamiliarity with Databricks or similar cloud-based data and analytics environments /p /lilipGood understanding of model validation, performance monitoring, and reproducible workflows /p /lilipAbility to work effectively across technical and business teams /p /lilipStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex outputs to non-technical stakeholders /p /li /ulh3Preferred qualifications /h3ullipExperience with ML pipelines, MLOps, or model deployment workflows /p /lilipKnowledge of statistics and experimental design /p /lilipExperience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau /p /lilipExposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus /p /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. /ph3Why join the DTO /h3pYou will work on high-impact transformation initiatives and help shape the company’s AI and analytics journey by building solutions that move from idea to business adoption. /ph3Employment terms /h3pThe role is classified at Level C under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).br/The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 36.556,24.br/The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate. /ph3Contract type: /h3pPermanent /ppAt Bracco, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion.
