Change Manager – D365

Location: Italy / Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as part of a global rollout programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans.
- Manage readiness, adoption and change governance activities.
- Track risks, gaps, communications and training progress.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and functional leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Essential Requirements

- Proven Change Manager experience on D365, ERP or major transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications,



training and readiness.
- Fluent Italian is Critical and mandatory – both written and spoken.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders in the Italian market.
- Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.

Desirable: D365 Finance & Operations experience and Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification.
