Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets. bPramac /b , part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for an bCorporate Planning Manager /b to join the Head Quarter Team inbCasole D’Elsa, Siena (Italy). /b /p /brpThe bCorporate Planning Manager /b is responsible for the overall Planning and Materials Management performance of the Headquarters manufacturing site while providing functional leadership, governance and strategic direction for Planning processes across all international operations outside North America. /p /brpThe role serves as the key link between business strategy and operational execution, ensuring alignment between commercial demand, production capabilities, inventory strategies, supplier performance and customer service objectives. /p /brpAs owner of the Planning function, the Enterprise Planning Leader drives the deployment of common planning standards, processes, systems and performance metrics throughout the organization. The position is accountable for achieving operational excellence through effective Demand Planning, Production Planning, Scheduling, Material Planning, Inventory Management and SIOP governance. /p /brpThe role acts as a strategic advisor to the COO and collaborates closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Finance leadership to optimize service levels, working capital, inventory deployment and overall supply chain performance. /p /brh3Education, Skills Experience: /h3 /brul /brlipBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline. /p /li /brlipMaster’s Degree and/or MBA preferred. /p /li /brlipAPICS Certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred. /p /li /brlipMinimum 8-10 years of progressive Supply Chain and Planning leadership experience. /p /li /brlipProven experience leading managers, supervisors and cross-functional teams. /p /li /brlipStrong expertise in SIOP, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management and Inventory Optimization. /p /li /brlipAdvanced ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, JDE or equivalent). /p /li /brlipDemonstrated success within multi-site and international manufacturing organizations. /p /li /brlipStrong analytical, financial and business acumen. /p /li /brlipExcellent leadership, communication and influencing capabilities.



/p /li /brlipExperience driving organizational change, process standardization and operational transformation initiatives. /p /li /brlipCapable to effectively communicate what if scenarios to determine key business decisions /p /li /brlipStrong verbal and written communication competencies. /p /li /brlipExperiencearound material flow utilizing supermarkets and supplier pull replenishment models /p /li /br /ul /brh3Key duties: /h3 /brpHeadquarters Site Leadership /p /brul /brliLead all Planning and Materials Management activities for the Headquarters manufacturing facilities. /li /brliEnsure synchronization between demand, supply, production capacity and inventory strategies. /li /brliDrive achievement of operational targets related to customer service, delivery performance, productivity, inventory and working capital. /li /brliEnsure effective execution of planning processes supporting operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency. /li /brliCollaborate closely with Production leadership to align planning activities with manufacturing capabilities and resource constraints. /li /brliDrive schedule attainment, material availability and execution discipline throughout the organization. /li /brliSupport operational continuity by providing leadership coverage and decision-making support across critical operational functions when required. /li /br /ul /brh3Enterprise Planning Leadership /h3 /brul /brliAct as the functional owner of Planning processes across all international operations outside North America. /li /brliEstablish and maintain common planning standards, governance models and performance expectations. /li /brliEnsure consistent deployment of best practices in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Scheduling, Material Planning and Inventory Management. /li /brliLead capability development initiatives across Planning organizations, coaching managers and developing future talent. /li /brliPromote standardization while ensuring flexibility to address local business requirements. /li /brliFacilitate alignment between regional planning organizations and corporate business objectives. /li /brliMonitor and improve planning performance through KPI governance and structured review processes. /li /br /ul /brh3SIOP Business Integration /h3 /brul /brliLead and govern the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process across Business Units. /li /brliEnsure business plans are translated into executable supply, production and inventory plans. /li /brliSupport executive decision-making through scenario analysis and capacity planning assessments. /li /brliFacilitate resolution of supply allocation conflicts and prioritization decisions across regions and business units. /li /brliSupport New Product Introduction (NPI)
