We are seeking a warm, motivated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join our team at a bilingual Nursery and Kindergarten in Milan (Porta Romana), working with children aged 0-3 within a Reggio-inspired learning environment integrated with the EYFS framework. We value educators who see children as competent, curious and full of potential, and who are willing to grow within a shared educational vision. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree aligned with Italian regulations (ATS-qualified teacher status)
- English proficiency at C1 level or above (certified)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Nursery setting (0-3 years)
- Domicile in Milan or willingness to relocate We are looking for someone who: - Has knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach;
- Enjoys teamwork and collaborative thinking;
- Is reflective, observant and interested in documentation processes;
