/li liEnsure daily checklists and tasks assignment are completed in an effective and efficient manner. /li liTake guests food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys). /li liMake recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate. /li liEnsure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. /li liEnsure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. /li liOrder and restock outlet inventory and record transaction in the company purchasing system. /li liBalance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank in compliance with Marriott International Policies of cash handling. /li liAct as departmental trainer for discipline and Marriott InternationalBrand trainings /li liConduct daily briefings liaising with the culinary department to ensure alignment. /li liFollow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. /li liComply with quality assurance expectations and standards (LQA, Forbes, Marriott and Brand standards) /li liComply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. /li /ul pbWhat you ll need: /b /p ul liPassion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. /li liA warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude. /li liAt least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. /li liA safety-first approach. /li liPositive outlook and dependability. /li liPrevious experience in similar roles is an advantage. /li /ul pbWhat we offer: /b /p ul liA unique opportunity to be part of a luxury lifestyle hotel where we celebrate your unique talent. /li liPart of Marriott International, the largest hospitality brand in the world- this means national and internal promotion opportunities for the right candidates.
