As a Great Place to Work® certified company, we are committed to helping our employees grow, collaborate, and make an impact every day. /ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist - Cybersecurity to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy. /ppIn this customer-facing role, you will act as a technical security expert , helping partners understand, design, and position cybersecurity solutions based on their customers' requirements. /ppYou will work closely with our security vendors, Business Development teams, and channel partners throughout the sales cycle. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliProvide technical presales support across our cybersecurity portfolio. /liliUnderstand customer security requirements and recommend appropriate security architectures and solutions. /liliDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). /liliSupport partners throughout the sales cycle , from technical discovery and solution design to implementation guidance. /liliCollaborate with Business Development Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects, security vendors, and partners to develop opportunities. /liliAct as a trusted technical advisor on cybersecurity technologies and best practices. /liliSupport partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
/liliAssist with RFPs, technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture designs. /liliStay up to date with evolving cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliExperience in a Technical Presales, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role. /liliGood understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as network security, firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, SASE/SSE, and threat protection. /liliPrevious experience working with cybersecurity vendors or security solutions is highly desirable. /liliAbility to understand technical customer requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions. /liliComfortable delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliRelevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications are desirable. /liliFluent Italian and English. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliHybrid working model (2-3 times per week at the office). /liliCareer development within a global Fortune 500 organization.
