Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Turin.

Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will be trusted to steer projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities to expand our value within the client's ecosystem. About this role:
The Service Delivery Manager will act as the primary client-facing delivery lead across utility customers, and the offshore delivery organization. The role will be accountable for service excellence across AMS and system integration engagements, including SLA governance, operational reporting, transition management, customer satisfaction, risk management, and continuous improvement across utilities applications.
Core Responsibilities:
Client & Service Governance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client stakeholders and utility customer representatives. • Lead weekly operational reviews and monthly service governance forums.
• Manage escalations, critical incident reviews, and customer satisfaction actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, reporting, and governance practices.
Service Management
• Own end-to-end AMS service delivery performance across agreed scope and service commitments.
• Govern SLA and KPI achievement,
ensuring timely reporting and corrective action tracking.
• Monitor incident, backlog, problem, and change trends to identify operational risks early.
• Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and service improvement logs with clear ownership.
Delivery Leadership
• Coordinate offshore AMS teams to ensure predictable delivery, knowledge continuity, and adherence to service processes.
• Manage subcontractors and local partners in alignment with contractual obligations and delivery governance.
• Support transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and service stabilization activities.
Commercial Governance
• Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and consumption tracking
• Govern service requests from intake through estimation, approval, delivery, and closure.
• Review service consumption and capacity trends to support proactive commercial and operational decisions.
Skills & Competencies
Domain
• Smart Metering and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
• Head End Systems and meter data integration landscape.
• Utility operations, distribution utilities, and field-to-back-office service processes.
• AMS operating models for utility technology platforms.
Service Management
• ITIL-based service management practices.
• Incident, problem, change, and release management.
• SLA/KPI governance, operational reporting, and service review management.
• Risk, issue, escalation, and continuous improvement management.
Soft Skills
• Executive stakeholder management and client relationship leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively across onsite, offshore, subcontractor, and customer teams.
• Structured problem solving with a service-quality and customer-outcome mindset.
Experience Required:
• 10+ years AMS delivery experience.
• 5+ years utility sector experience.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
• Experience managing European utility customers.
Language Requirements
• Fluent Italian • Fluent Spanish • Fluent English
