ph3Job Purpose /h3 pWe are looking for a Safety Database Associate to support the team in the maintenance and implementation of all the systems and tools used for the management of the Pharmacovigilance activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and maintain systems (e.g., Oracle Argus, Veeva Vault) and tools (e.g., Group SharePoint) used for the management of the Pharmacovigilance activities. /li liDatabases/tools configuration based on new company requirements. /li liSystem updates to be always in compliance with current legislation. /li liUser support and training for the use of the PV systems; interaction with the concerned internal departments, Affiliates and Providers. /li liSupport the validation activities (such as documents preparation, validation tests executions, maintenance of documentation as required by SOPs/WIs and standards). /li liPreparation of the relevant SOPs and WIs. /li liNew system functionalities implementation. /li /ul h3Required Education /h3 pScientific/IT degree. /p h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 ul liAt least 6 months' experience in similar role in a pharmaceutical company or at least basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance requirements/obligations are required.
/li liFamiliar to CSV/Data Integrity knowledge. /li /ul h3Technical Competencies /h3 ul liNice to have: good knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Safety Databases (e.g. Oracle Argus); familiarity with Qdocs or comparable systems (such as Veeva). /li /ul h3Required Behaviours and Competencies /h3 ul liAble to work in team and have problem-solving skills; timely management and meeting deadlines. /li /ul h3Required Languages /h3 ul liGood knowledge (written and oral) of English is required.
