As a Payroll Specialist , you will help ensure an accurate, compliant, and people-centered payroll service, supporting a workplace built on trust, accountability, and operational excellence.
Essity Italy employs approximately 1,000 people across our manufacturing sites in the Lucca area and our commercial headquarters in Legnano.
This position is based at our office in Legnano and will be part of an existing team of four people.
In this role, you will serve as the key point of reference for complex payroll matters, working closely with HR, Finance, employees, and external providers to ensure efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will support a diverse employee population, including both office-based and manufacturing employees, helping to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the organization.
What You Will Do Manage and maintain employee master data throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
Manage Time knowledge of Workday, SAP, and/or Zucchetti is considered a strong advantage.
You can communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
You demonstrate a proactive mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement,
innovation, and effective management of priorities and deadlines.
