In return, we offer Job classification : White-collar employee, Level Quadro8, National Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry – Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (PMI) Compensation: starting salary for the relevant pay range from €54,000 gross per year, plus variable compensation and a collective profit-sharing premio.
The overall compensation package offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility,



and the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
