The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with company quality standards, supporting production processes, and promoting continuous improvement.
You role You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and applicable regulations.
Monitor and analyze production processes to prevent defects.
You will collaborate with Production and Technology departments to implement corrective and improvement actions.
Manage and update quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, reports).
You will conduct internal audits across production departments.
Analyze quality data and KPIs to propose optimization solutions.
Coordinate problem-solving activities in case of non-conformities.
Support the validation of new processes and products.
You will support the Quality Manager during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the HV electrical laboratory, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Manager during external customer audits, providing operational and documentation support.
About you You have a technical background and knowledge of quality standards (ISO **** and related standards).
Familiarity with quality control tools and SPC methodologies.
Data analysis skills and experience with reporting software.
Experience in managing audits and certification processes.
Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
You are successful in creating interaction with cross-functional team, organizing cross functional activities and meet deadlines Fluent English (written and spoken), essential for customer interactions and technical documentation.
