En rejoignant nos équipes, vous aurez l'opportunité de participer à des projets stratégiques de dimension internationale. /p pbLocation: /b Modena, Italy /p pbContract: /b Permanent (Full-time) /p h3Your mission /h3 pAs part of our Power Generation Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our OEM business across Italy and Eastern Europe. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liExpand develop the OEM business across Italy and Eastern Europe. /li liIdentify, develop and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships. /li liManage a portfolio of strategic OEM and industrial customers. /li liBuild strong relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers. /li liLead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements. /li liCoordinate customer projects with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Service teams. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities. /li liRepresent Baudouin during customer visits, trade fairs and industry events. /li liTravel regularly across your region (up to 50%) to support customers and develop new business.
/li /ul h3Your assets /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field. /li liAn engineering background is considered a strong advantage. /li liProven experience in Business Development, Regional Sales or Key Account Management within the Power Generation, Genset, Industrial Engine, Energy or related industrial sectors. /li liExperience working with OEM customers or strategic industrial accounts is highly valued. /li liStrong commercial mindset combined with a good technical understanding of industrial products and applications. /li liExcellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. /li liA proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong drive to win new business. /li liSelf-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory. /li liAn additional European language is considered a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Why join Baudouin? /h3 pJoining Baudouin means becoming part of an international company with more than b100 years of expertise /b in engine manufacturing and power generation solutions. /p pWe are committed to providing an inclusive work environment and ensuring equal opportunities.
