Legga i dettagli completi qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura oggi stesso. brp Exide is looking for a b Quality Engineer /b reporting to the b Supervisor Internal Quality Plant /b . /pp The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving product and process quality standards through performance monitoring, non-conformity management, problem-solving coordination and operational support to production. The role will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance and the Quality Team to identify, analyze and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. /ppb Main tasks: /b /pulli Monitor quality performance of production lines and analyze quality KPIs (scrap, defects, complaints, PPM, blocked material); /lili Manage internal non-conformities and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions; /lili Coordinate and lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and Root Cause Analysis; /lili Maintain and update quality documentation, including Control Plans,
Work Instructions, Inspection Standards and Visual Aids; /lili Participate in PFMEA activities and support risk analysis reviews and improvement actions; /lili Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) and support internal, customer and certification audits; /lili Deliver quality training to operators and team leaders, promoting a strong quality culture across the plant; /lili Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce process variability. /li /ulpb Requirements: /b /pulli Previous experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive; /lili Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards; /lili Good knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D); /lili Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles; /lili English level B1 or higher; /lili Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; /lili Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools; Minitab knowledge is a plus; /lili Strong communication and teamwork skills; /lili Proactive attitude, technical leadership and problem-solving mindset; /lili Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a shopfloor environment. xrdbqlu /li /ulpb Exide offers: /b multinational company context, interesting salary package, company meals service and the opportunity to grow in an international environment. /p /p
