/ph3Position Overview /h3pWe are seeking an experienced bField IT Support Technician /b to join our team in bLocation: Parma, Italy.
/b The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users.
This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide bon-site /b and bremote desktop support /b for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
/liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
/liliInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
/liliEnsure the deployment of boperating systems, updates /b, and bsoftware packages /b.
/liliWork with the IT team to resolve and accelerate issues as needed.
/liliPerform routine bsystem audits /b and ensure systems are up?to?date and secure.
/liliProvide end?user training and technical documentation where necessary.
/liliCollaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ullib2+ years /b of experience in bDesktop Support /b or similar roles.
/liliStrong experience with bWindows OS /b, bMac OS /b, and bLinux /b environments.
/lilibExperience with Active Directory /b for user management, group policies, and security.
/liliProficient with bremote desktop tools /b and troubleshooting techniques.
/liliExperience with bnetworking protocols /b (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
/liliStrong knowledge of bMS Office Suite /b and other productivity software.
/liliExpertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements.
/liliKnowledge of bsystem imaging /b and software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT).
/liliFamiliar with bITIL /b processes for incident, problem, and change management.
/liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non?technical users.
/liliAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast?paced environment.
/lilibB2 Level in Italian and English (Mandatory).
/b /li /ulh3Must Have Skills /h3ullibCertification /b: bCompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) /b, or equivalent.
