/ppbr/ppbJob Overview /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager /ppbr/ppTechnical Skills /pulli5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality).
/liliKnowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap /liliExperience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition.
/liliExperience in containment management and serial life management.
/liliExperience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities.
/liliKnowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation.
/liliKnowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
/liliAbility to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis.
/liliKnowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems.
/liliKnowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools.
/liliAbility to interpret data from metrology, calibration, materials, chemical, and functional testing laboratories.
/liliExperience in cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
/liliSupport of Change Point Management activities and product development milestones.
/liliExperience in managing shopfloor quality activities and conducting functional audits.
/liliKnowledge of ISO **** and IATF ***** standards.
/liliKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Kaizen, Read Across, and best practice standardization.
