/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintenance of the plumbing system /li liMaintenance of the electrical system /li liMaintenance of the air-conditioning system /li liMaintenance of the fire protection system /li liMaintenance of the pool and thermal areas /li liMaintenance of the Building Management Systems (BMS)
/li liConstruction, painting and carpentry work /li liSupport in the events' setup /li liComply with all health and safety regulations /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPlumbing and electrical skills /li liPrevious experience in the hospitality or retail industry /li liAble to promptly report damages and/or malfunctions /li liAble to adequately give assistance to external companies /li liBe proactive and reactive with regards to damages and emergencies /li liDiagnosis and resolution skills /li liTeamwork skills /li liBasic IT knowledge /li liBe precise and punctual /li liAble to work with flexible schedules and hours (at night, on weekends and festivities) /li liValid Driving License /li liEnglish knowledge will be considered a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
