In this role, you 'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy.
If you 're ambitious, people-oriented, and excited by the idea of connecting talented engineers with exciting projects, this is the perfect role to grow from.Location: Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office)Contract Type: Permanent EmploymentWhat You 'll DoOwn end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplinesSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.Build and manage a high-quality,
continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.Advise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape.Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.Support employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector.What We 're Looking For1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
Experience in IT, technical, or outsourcing environments is required.A genuine interest in the IT sector and in building a career in technical recruitment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you 're comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority.Highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.A proactive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.Fluency in Italian (essential) and a good working level of English (required).
