This role is critical to our European expansion, focusing on building transformative relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers to advance oncology clinical trials. /p h3bPartnership Development Strategy /b /h3 ul lipDesign and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms,



and CROs across Italy /p /li lipLead high-stakes negotiations with C-level executives and research heads at major pharmaceutical organizations /p /li lipDevelop strategic alliances with leading oncology centers, university hospitals, and research networks /p /li lipCreate innovative partnership models that accelerate clinical trial enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance /p /li /ul h3bMarket Expansion Business Development /b /h3 ul lipIdentify and pursue new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technology /p /li lipBuild relationships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, and healthcare administrators /p /li lipRepresent Massive Bio at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership events /p /li /ul h3bStakeholder Relationship Management /b /h3 ul lipCultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare authorities /p /li lipPartner with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Data Science, Product) to deliver on partnership commitments /p /li lipProvide strategic market intelligence and partnership insights to global leadership team /p /li lipEnsure all partnership activities align with local regulations and compliance requirements /p /li /ul h3bPerformance Growth /b /h3 ul lipEstablish KPIs for partnership success and drive measurable business impact /p /li lipDevelop and manage partnership pipeline with clear progression milestones /p /li lipSupport local team development and performance optimization /p /li lipDeliver quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to headquarters /p /li /ul h3bEssential Experience /b /h3 ul lipb4-7 years /b in strategic partnerships,
