/p p-- /p h3I tuoi incarichi /h3 pAs a Junior Sales Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics, you will enter our Sales Team.
While you will be based bin Casalecchio di Reno (BO /b ) and responsible for managing direct clients in the Center-South area, you will begin your journey with us through our bGraduate Specialist Program /b.
This dedicated training and development path will be held for the first few months at our headquarters in bCernusco sul Naviglio (MI /b ), designed to provide you with both deep technical expertise and essential soft skills.
You will be trained to: /p ul liTake bcommercial responsibility /b for direct customers in your assigned area, focusing on Industrial Hydraulic technologies.
/li /ul pYou will be supported in analyzing bmarket data /b and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
/p ul liBuild a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions,



and contribute to continuous business growth.
/li liBe involved in bsales negotiations /b and provide support throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty.
/li liUnderstand bmarket needs and trends /b to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions.
Participate actively in national and international trade fairs and events to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
/li libMarket research /b with territory and competition mapping.
/li /ul h3Il tuo profilo /h3 h3Education: /h3 ul liUniversity degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
