Responsibilities
Contribute to end-to-end UAT activities by executing defined test cases and documenting observed results accurately for review.
Support software development engineers and IT stakeholders by reporting defects clearly and participating in discussions to clarify functional behaviors.
Collaborate with internal and external parties referenced by SG ext to coordinate test execution schedules and share testing progress updates.
Assist in preparing UAT-related documentation, including test summaries and defect logs, aligned with established information technology procedures.
Follow information technology and telecommunication industry practices when validating application behavior, ensuring requirements are reflected correctly in outcomes.
