ph3Chino.io is looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant /h3 pto join the team and support our customers in identifying, assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks across their digital environments.
/p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liIdentify gaps in mobile and web applications.
/li liIdentify, describe and present cybersecurity threats related to networks, clouds, endpoints, mobile and IoT.
/li liAssist with documentation, reporting and conducting research.
/li liUnderstand and map application architectures using diagrams (e.g. UML).
/li liIdentify data flows in multi-tier web or mobile applications.
/li liSuggest the implementation of proper information security recommendations, standards, guidelines and procedures to mitigate risks.
/li liEnable better security decisions with actionable and relevant threat intelligence.
/li liAct as a cybersecurity evangelist to educate our customers on cybersecurity best practices.
/li liDrive customer satisfaction and continuously seek to improve operational performance.
/li liSupport customers in improving, implementing and documenting key cybersecurity processes, policies and standards.
/li liWrite technical policies and documents for customers' compliance.
/li liPrepare and deliver presentations to customers.
/li liAttend relevant industry events.
This may include visiting the offices of potential customers.
/li liWork in a team and contribute to internal procedures.
/li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul liFluent in English (written and spoken).
/li li1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in a consulting environment.
/li liAnalytical approach.
/li liExperience in consultancy on data and application security fields.
/li liKnowledge of cloud, mobile and web application architectures.




/li liKnowledge of the main principles of GDPR and ISO*****.
NIS2 and other standards are a plus.
/li liExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
German is a real plus.
/li liAbility to evaluate tech solutions based on security aspects.
/li liExperience in project planning and workload management.
/liliAbility to write articles and technical guidelines.
/li liWillingness to learn about legal requirements and regulations (e.g. GDPR).
/li liStrong written and verbal communication skills.
/li liStrong presentation skills.
/li liCuriosity, willingness to learn and motivation to grow in a cybersecurity consulting role.
