The mission of the role is to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant management of administrative and accounting control activities related to different types of funds (mutual funds, pension funds, and welfare funds).
The position oversees accounting and regulatory reporting processes, in full adherence to internal procedures, current regulations (Bank of Italy, COVIP), and operational deadlines.
It contributes to the timely preparation of annual, semi-annual, and periodic reports, supporting the reliability and transparency of information provided to supervisory authorities and stakeholders.
Accounting control and administrative activities on different types of funds (mutual funds, pension funds, welfare funds)
Supervisory reports according to the current regulations on different types of funds (Bank of Italy, COVIP, ECC)
Production of annual, semi-annual, and periodic reports on different types of funds
Perform the activities accurately, efficiently, following the procedures put in place, the current regulation in compliance with the cut-offs and deadlines
Studies & experience:
Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields
Prior accounting and administrative experience, preferably acquired in Fund administration and more generally, knowledge in the economic and financial field
Language skills:
Italian: English: Good communication skills
Good time management and commitment with deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and cooperation
