PpYour contribution to Prysmian's Success: As part of our HQ RD team, we are looking for an Electrical Testing Engineer to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL). Reporting directly to the RD Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee and coordinate the tests EHV cable systems to assess their capability to withstand electrothermal stresses /liliOversee the correct planning, preparation and execution of the electrical qualification tests carried in the RD Quattordio Laboratory /liliPerform homologation and RD tests on EHV cable systems in the HQ /liliSupervise and coordinate accessory installation /liliCoordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing /liliDefine the scheduling of the tests and lead related projects /liliKeep continuous interface and relationship with clients, inspectors, and suppliers /li /ulh3Fit /h3ulliA master’s degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic /liliFluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) /liliWillingness to travel also abroad /liliStrong communication interpersonal skills /liliDecision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills /liliStrong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset /li /ulh3What we offer you /h3pType of contract: Permanent Contract /ppHybrid working model: 4 days per month and Flexible working hours /ppApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini. /ppJob Level/Category: White collar /ppGross annual salary no less than: € 35.000 /ppThe position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives.
