On a daily basis, requirements must be analyzed and understood to structure the best solution to propose. The team is responsible for defining and drafting technical offers, supported by Operations teams, determining the effort required from involved departments and the costs of proposed solutions. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liAnalyze customer business objectives, technical requirements and pain points /li liCollaborate with cross-functional internal teams on strategic projects /li liSupporting the design of technical solutions tailored to customer requirements according to WIIT's methodology and service positioning /li liSupporting Sales and Channel Partner teams throughout all phases of the sales process and customer management /li liProactively proposing new solutions consistent with the evolution of Cloud services to be included in WIIT's service portfolio /li liCollaborating with Project, Service Delivery, and Operations teams during service implementation phases,
as well as gathering requirements for upselling opportunities with existing customers /li liDrafting technical offer documents and presentations for WIIT services /li /ul h3EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles /li liHigh School Diploma or Scientific Degree /li /ul h3SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE /h3 ul liKnowledge of VMware and KVM virtualization architectures and products /li liKnowledge of IBM Power ecosystem architectures (IBM i, AIX) /li liKnowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems /li liKnowledge of major IaaS and PaaS services on Public Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) /li liUnderstanding of Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity mechanisms (RPO, RTO, SLA, etc.) /li liKnowledge of industry-standard strategies and tools for server and system migrations. /li liKnowledge in preparing and presenting economic PL related to an offer /li liProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /li liPreferred: Skills in Cybersecurity Managed Services /li liPreferred: Knowledge of AI platforms /li liPreferred: Recognized industry certifications in Cloud Architecture, Enterprise Solutions or Security Management.
