Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppWithin our RD area, we are looking for a Industrial Design Manager who will report to the RD Manager and lead the design development of new products, as well as the evolution of existing product ranges, ensuring consistency across aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics and user experience. /ppbr / /ppThe Industrial Design Manager will contribute directly to the creation of designs, concepts, aesthetic surfaces, renders and development packages, working closely with RD, Product, Marketing, Strategy, headquarters, external agencies and design studios. /ppbr / /ppThis person will act as the internal point of reference for translating concepts, design language and guidelines defined by the Group into concrete design solutions that are consistent with LELIT’s positioning and suitable for industrialisation. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe person we are looking for will: /strong /pullilead the design development of new products and the evolution of existing product ranges, in line with product strategy, brand positioning and Group guidelines; br / /lilitranslate concepts,



design language and aesthetic directions defined by headquarters into coherent and feasible design solutions; br / /lilidevelop productconcepts, aesthetic proposals, visible surfaces, formal details, CMF solutions and UX/UI hypotheses; br / /lilicreate or supervise 3D CAD models related to aesthetic surfaces, visible parts and components relevant to the user experience; br / /liliproduce renders, visualisations and presentation materials for internal validations, reviews with headquarters, stakeholder alignment and project decision-making; br / /lilicoordinate design studios, external agencies and component suppliers, ensuring output quality, adherence to briefs, consistency with guidelines and timely progress; br / /liliact as the operational and design interface with headquarters, receiving directions, concepts, feedback, constraints and Group standards, and ensuring their correct implementation in local projects; br / /lilicollaborate with RD to ensure technical feasibility, manufacturability, mechanical/electronic integration and consistency between design and engineering constraints; br / /lilicollaborate with Marketing and Strategy to ensure alignment between design, target users, product positioning, user experience and value proposition; br / /lilicontribute to the definition of the user experience and user interface for displays, control systems, panels, knobs, buttons and physical interactions with the product; br / /lilioversee CMF development, including the definition of colours, materials, finishes, textures, surface treatments and overall product consistency. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYou are the right fit if you have:



/strong /pullia degree in Industrial Design or an equivalent qualification; br / /liliat least 6 years of experience in the development of industrialised products within manufacturing environments; br / /lilihands-on experience in CAD modelling of aesthetic surfaces, preferably with SolidWorks; br / /liliexperience in CMF development, including Colour, Material and Finish; br / /liliexperience in defining UX/UI for physical products, with a strong focus on human-machine interaction, readability, ergonomics and perceived quality; br / /liliknowledge of Design for Manufacturing principles, including injection-moulded plastics, sheet metal and die casting; br / /liliexperience working with external agencies, design studios and suppliers, with the ability to define briefs, lead reviews, provide structured feedback and ensure output quality; br / /lilithe ability to interface with a headquarters or international corporate functions, receiving guidelines, feedback and design constraints; br / /liliautonomy, functional leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders; br / /lilifluent knowledge of Italian (C1); br / /liligood knowledge of English (B2), required for interaction with headquarters. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhy join us?
