ph3Overview /h3pFor our Worldwide Information Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for a curious and solution-oriented IT In-store Application Specialist to join the IT Client Facing Applications team, based at our HQ in Milan. /ph3Your Impact /h3pWithin the omnichannel retail environment, the In-Store Application Specialist will contribute to technical governance, application evolution, and operational continuity of the solutions used at Moncler and Stone Island boutiques, combining solid technical expertise with a strong focus on the in-store user experience. /ppIn particular, the resource will be responsible for: /pulliManage the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of clienteling and retail applications for Moncler and Stone Island boutiques; /liliMonitor mobile and omnichannel solutions (web, native, and React Native), ensuring quality and operational continuity; /liliProvide second-level technical support to the Retail network, troubleshooting application and operational issues; /liliIdentify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the application evolution roadmap; /liliCoordinate technology partners across requirements definition, development, testing, and release activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery; /liliSupport application configuration, development, evolutionary maintenance, and code analysis in collaboration with internal and external teams; /liliSupport store users in resolving issues and promoting operational best practices. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Who We Are Looking For: /h3ulliDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
