pWe are looking for an experienced bTechnical Manager /b to lead and coordinate our Technical Department.
The successful candidate will oversee all engineering and technical activities, ensuring the efficient design, development, and industrialization of products and systems.
/ppWorking closely with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliLead, motivate and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers, designers and technical draftsmen.
/liliCoordinate and supervise the design and development of products, systems, and customer projects.
/liliEnsure compliance with technical regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
/liliCollaborate with the Sales Department in defining technical specifications and supporting proposal preparation.
/liliSupport Production during industrialization activities and technical problem-solving processes.
/liliManage technical documentation, ensuring drawings, manuals, and related records remain accurate and updated.
/liliMonitor project timelines, costs, and quality performance.
/liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote technological innovation across the organization.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/ppEducation Experience /pulliMaster's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
/liliMinimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
/liliPrevious experience within the plant engineering/industrial systems sector.
Candidates with experience in the heat transfer or chiller industry will be given preferential consideration.
/liliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken.
/li /ulpbr/ppTechnical Skills /pulliStrong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
/liliExperience with ERP systems.
/liliKnowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
