Supervisor Maintenance
Location: HQ Bassanetti
Purpose
Ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
- Reduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate maintenance team and contractors
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
- Monitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)
- Manage maintenance budget and spare parts
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Team management experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Reporting Line
Plant Manager / Operations Manager
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is €39,132 - €53,807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience. Additional compensation components and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process.
