Job Description
- Recruit a team of Trainee Brokers with the drive to succeed, and provide them with the tools,
support and guidance needed to achieve success.
- Support the development and growth of your team through regular one-to-ones, coaching and constructive feedback.
- Lead from the front by converting and retaining clients through an exceptional client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators.
- Attend client meetings, both with your own clients and alongside members of your team.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to develop new business, using internal resources such as our Bids and Client Experience teams where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in private jet chartering.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Previous management experience is desirable.
- Ability to travel and work outside standard office hours when required. xrdbqlu
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and motivate others.
- This is an on site role
