Since our foundation in ****, we have secured a pipeline of over b16 GW /b of bsolar /b PV, bonshore wind /b, boffshore wind /b and bstorage /b projects across b10 markets /b in Europe.
/p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liContribute to the successful execution of sell?side, buy?side and partnership transactions by working on the whole spectrum from inception to closing.
/li liBuild and maintain integrated financial models for MA, project valuation and project finance purposes, including sensitivity analyses and scenario assessments.
/li liAnalyse and roll?out the strategic entry in new geographical markets and the development of new business models (solar IC, BESS, floating offshore).
/li liContribute to the analysis of project economics and investment returns, supporting decision?making across development, construction and operational phases.
/li liSupport the structuring, negotiation and execution of project finance transactions, refinancing processes and other debt?raising activities.
/li liBased in Milan with the possibility of hybrid remote working; report to the Chief Investment Officer.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExcellent academic background with a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering (degrees in STEM are also suitable if accompanied with background in economics or finance).
/li liInitial work experience (ideally up to 2 years) within consulting, private equity, infrastructure funds, investment banking/MA, or corporate MA or project finance functions, with a desirable focus in the energy/renewables business.
/li liFinancial modelling experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
/li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
Another European language would be a plus.
/li liEnthusiasm and self?motivation, including a willingness to take on new challenges and broad responsibilities.
/li liAbility to prioritise several concurrent tasks in a fast?paced environment and prove resilient in the face of challenges and disappointments.
