p For a client based in Milan we are looking for a freelance Mechanical Specialist.

brulli Preferred start: September 202 /lili Initial contract duration is till 28 February **** (extendable) /li /ulpb The individual must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in: /b /pulli Leading Pipeline discipline from detailed engineering to commissioning.
/lili Developing technical specification, purchase specification, datasheets, method statements.
/lili Developing non-metallic material specifications, datasheets, and procedures.
/lili Generating drawings including route maps and alignment sheets using GIS data and survey maps.
/lili Designing and engineering, pipeline right-of-way, trenching, trenchless crossing, HDD using Geotech surveys.
/lili Performing technical assessment, qualification, and periodic audits of vendor facilities.
/lili Leading or having participated in specialized incident investigation and failure analysis of pipelines.
/lili Working experience from design to construction of nonmetallic pipeline systems.
/lili Ability to assess technical, cost, and schedule impacts of engineering and field modification requests.
/lili Perform Management of Change (MOC) and construction risk management.
/lili Deep knowledge and understanding of API 5L pipe requirements.
/lili Engineering and executing pipeline internal liners such as HDPE or PE-RT.
/lili Analytical lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
/lili Conducting calculations for wall-thickness, hydrodynamic stability, expansion loop layout, and thermal buckling using finite element analysis (FEA) software suits.
/lili Flow assurance, modeling multiphase thermodynamic mixed fluids.
/lili Comprehensive knowledge of ILI tools and Cathodic Protection systems.
/lili Comprehensive knowledge of API 6A and API 6D valves.
/lili Performing stress analysis, surge analysis for pipeline and piping.
/lili Working knowledge of piping layout design and piping engineering including piping material specification development.
xrdbqlu /lili Ability in reviewing piping engineering design of vendor packages, for standards compliance.
/lili Deep working knowledge of ASME B31.4, ASME B31.3, API-579.
/lili Active affiliation with professional societies like IMechE, ASME, API, ISO is highly desirable /li /ul#J-*****-Ljbffr /p
