/p /brpIn the frame of the Client Leader Service the Client Leader Officer understands client's business and provides thoughtful and optimal solutions by coordinating the work of internal and external parties.
She/he is responsible for managing client's expectations with a "can do" attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high quality work.
The Client Leader Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfaction /p /brh3Main responsibilities will be: /h3 /brul /brliAct as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio /li /brliResponsible for understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfaction /li /brliResponsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients /li /brliCoordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.)
in order to deliver quality service on time as per client's expectations /li /brliFacilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothly /li /brliActive participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests /li /brliAssistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clients /li /brliParticipation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings and resolutions /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications and experience /h3 /brul /brliUniversity Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience /li /brli2-3 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Relationship Services /li /brliGood knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance, structures, capital markets and investment products /li /brliFluent in English (verbal and written communication), Fluent in Italian (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered an asset /li /brliCompetency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantage /li /br /ul /brpbSoft Skills /b /p /brul /brliAbility to work autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities /li /brliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to and being part of a strong team spirit /li /brliExcellent organizational skills complemented by a "can do" attitude /li /brliResult-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of responsibility regarding delivering quality work /li /brliIntercultural approach /li /brliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li /br /ul /brh3Want to join a growing Entrepreneurial, Intercultural, International and Independent Global Asset Servicing Company?
