- Supporting in the organizational part before the event.
- Preparing quotations and contracts, while monitoring the status of event bookings and arrangements through regular follow-up.
- Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas.
- Overseeing every moment of the event.
- Ensuring the satisfaction of our guests is always at the top.
- Taking care of post-event guaranteeing that our guests are leaving with a smile.
