/p pbJob Summery /b The IT Field Service Technician Level 2 is responsible for providing advanced technical support for the IT infrastructure and end?user computing environment at Ingersoll Rand locations across Italy,
ensuring service continuity at the Parma site and through on?site support at other Italian locations.
/p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liProvide 2nd-level on?site and remote IT support for end users /li liLog and manage incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system /li liTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues /li liSupport global infrastructure teams (Server, Network, Security) with local hands?on activities /li liManage end?user devices and asset lifecycle (deployment, refresh, decommissioning) /li liParticipate in local, regional, and global IT projects (e.g., MA, upgrades, deployments) /li liEnsure compliance with global IT standards, processes, and security requirements /li liIdentify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in IT service delivery /li /ul pbKey Competencies /b /p ul li3–6 years of experience in a similar IT support or field service role /li liStrong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, and basic networking /li liSolid knowledge of: /li ul liWindows ***** /li liMicrosoft 365 / Teams /li liActive Directory /li liBasic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) /li /ul liStrong customer focus and problem?solving mindset /li liAbility to work both independently and within a global team /li liGood English communication skills (written and verbal) /li /ul pbPreferences /b /p ul liExposure to Intune, Autopilot, SCCM,
