The Role
To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Order Specialist.
The person will support the team in activities related to the B2B portal, account onboarding, order management through different sales channels, both EU and non-EU, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.
The person we are looking for will:
- manage activities related to the B2B portal;
- contribute to account onboarding on the B2B platform;
- support the registration, management and monitoring of orders from different sales channels;
- process requests for quotations and other documentation related to commercial transactions;
- provide customers with information regarding shipments, volumes, costs, transport options and useful details for defining the shipping plan;
- collaborate with the Logistics team on shipment planning, taking into account volumes, payments, credit status and other operational requirements;
- follow up and monitor RMA cases, in coordination with the internal functions involved;
- collaborate with Customer Care in managing customer requests.
You are the right fit if you have:
- a high school diploma or degree in Economics, Languages or related fields;
- at least 1 year of experience in commercial back office, customer service, sales operations, order management or similar roles;
- fluent Italian, C1 level;
- excellent English, C1 level;
- knowledge of a second foreign language (French or German) would be considered a plus;
- excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;
- good confidence with digital tools, AI, management systems and operational platforms;
- accuracy, organisation and attention to detail;
- the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
