Trade Marketing Intern

Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Trade Marketing Intern to join our team in Milan. The role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry, supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of brand and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
The Trade Marketing Intern will support the team within the following activities:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns;
- Support in the organization of product launches and promotional events;
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and presentations;
- Help monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across projects.
Competences:
Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- A degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
- Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- A strong interest in the beauty industry;
- Curiosity and analytical mindset to interpret data and inform campaign strategies;
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Internship allowance: €800/month
