/ppQualifications:
/ppElectrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
/pp3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.
/ppStrong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
/ppExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
/ppFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
/ppStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
/ppWillingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
