Job Purpose
You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.
You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.
Responsibilities
Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company
procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and
in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency
Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company
guidelines and timelines
Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to
guarantee the required service levels
Prepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold,
Consignment ...), products under repair
Organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems
Organizes the Display objects system
Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially
in terms of communication and documentation produced
Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives
Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle
Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging /
stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing
Support the management of the warehouse activities related to sales
Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
Knowledge And Skills
Fluent spoken English expected.
High sense of responsibility.
Being able to work in team as well as alone.
Organized and detail oriented.
