We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Group Legal team for the Food Business Unit based in Milan.
How you make the difference
This position is important because the Legal Trainee supports the legal team with a focus on Food Business Unit in standardizing national and international agreements, reviewing marketing materials and contributing to legal trainings and operations.
The expected outcome is to enhance legal efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business functions with reliable and structured legal input.
How your agenda looks like:
The role's main responsibilities will be to collaborate with and work on projects concerning:
Support the drafting, review, and standardization of commercial and operational agreements at both national and international level;
Support the legal sign-off process for marketing materials (e.g claims and marketing campaigns) and partnership activations (e.g co-branding, sustainability partnerships);
Assist in monitoring and analyzing EU regulatory developments relevant to the food sector (e.g packaging regulation, labelling, product claims);
Support the creation of training materials and internal guidelines for the legal department's training program;
Conduct legal research on topics relevant to the food industry (e.g consumer protection, food safety).
Your team:
You'll directly report to our Legal Affairs Director Food.
The role does not include direct reports.

Graduation degree in Law;
Curiosity and willingness to learn;
High energy and a positive and proactive attitude;
Perfectly fluent in Italian & English;
Tech savviness is considered as a plus.

Internship Allowance: €900 gross per month
Contract Type: Internship (Curricular or Extra-Curricular, 6 months)
