INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SENIOR SPECIALIST
In this role you lead the industrialization of new products and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
You work with R&D;, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement and Maintenance to secure successful product launches and sustainable process gains.
You will champion Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity, ergonomics and efficiency.

Lead industrialization of new products, ensuring manufacturing readiness, equipment, and production documentation
Manage Engineering Change Requests and support product/process modifications
Collaborate on DFM, FMEA, and Stage & Gate to ensure manufacturability and robustness
Design and continuously improve processes for ergonomics, productivity, capacity,
and flexibility while reducing waste
Drive Lean/WCM initiatives and eliminate non-value-added activities
Perform Time & Methods analyses, ergonomics assessments, line balancing, and process optimization
Define routing, manufacturing phases, cycle times, and SOPs
Support material presentation systems and logistics handling standards
Lead Kaizen projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost
Collaborate with global/local teams to deploy best practices
Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers and stakeholders
5-10 years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing
Proven new product industrialization and process improvement background
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, WCM, CI, or Operational Excellence
