€1,300-€1,400 gross/month x 14 salaries, depending on the project

Your Responsibilities
As a
German-Speaking Customer Support Agent
, you will:
Provide professional
customer support in German
via inbound phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with
product and service inquiries
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
Requirements
Fluent or native-level German
English B2 level or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Athens, Greece
